When handling the data of the PMS3000 and the data of the UNION Connect app, ensure careful, secure handling. Assess the risk of loss and misuse and ensure adequate protection.

Access data UNION Instruments collects and stores data on the use of the UNION Connect app. The following data is logged: - Information on the mobile device type, trivial name, operating system and version of the operating system - Information on language, region Language of the operating system, regional data with state, federal state, municipality - Assignment of the data to an identifier Frequency, duration of use, first and last day of use

Data collection Data transmission can be switched on/off at any time in the UNION Connect app settings. See Settings, Send Analytics option.

Data processing for a specific purpose, disclosure to third parties The data collected is only used for statistical evaluations and to improve the UNION Connect app. The data will not be passed on to third parties by UNION Instruments.

Handling of personal data in accordance with Article 4 No. 1 GDPR No personal data is collected. The collected data cannot be linked to a person, a mobile phone number or an identification number of the end device.

Storage period UNION Instruments stores the data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose.
