The SIRA UV THT is a stationary indoor measuring device for real-time determination of the THT (tetrahydrothiophene) content in natural gas. The concentration of the odorant is measured precisely and reliably using UV spectroscopy – a technology that stands for maximum stability and fast response times.
Precise measurement of the THT content is crucial for safe and standard-compliant odorization in the natural gas network. UV measurement technology offers a significant advantage here: its high measurement frequency enables extremely precise control and close monitoring of the THT level – even under dynamic network conditions.
